One chart, no preamble. These are the median values of euro-denominated notices published over the last thirty days, per market.

  • €430,998 — Finland — publishes the significant procedures and settles the small end elsewhere.
  • €140,000 — Estonia, then Lithuania at €60,000 and Latvia at €42,000 — three neighbours, three different thresholds.
  • €1,200 — Spain — publishes almost everything, including the contracts most administrations never announce.
  • 0 of 1,000 — Polish notices carrying a value at all, which makes the question unanswerable rather than the answer low.

Read as a market comparison this chart is nonsense: no two European economies differ by a factor of three hundred and fifty in what they typically buy. Read as a comparison of publishing policy, it is exact — and that is the only thing a median of published notices can honestly measure.

Data: Otnox — live procurement intelligence across 56 markets. Basis: median value of euro-denominated notices published per market over thirty days, 2026-06-26..2026-07-26.
